Mark Collins

Mark Collins is the newest addition to the Blood Related Entertainment roster. But he’s no stranger to Christian Hip-Hop. Hailing from Waldorf, Maryland, the veteran emcee has been a fixture on the DMV CHH scene for over a decade now and by God’s grace he’s still doing what he believes God has called him to do – music ministry.

Since entering the world of CHH in 2004, Mark has ministered/performed at numerous churches, community events, festivals, showcases and even night clubs, with one goal in mind, leading people to Christ.

“I want to point people to Jesus. Yeah, I want the beats and the lyrics to be on point. But at the end of the day, I want God to be glorified.”

In 2015, he and his wife, Tia, founded Faith High, pride low, LLC and a short time later partnered with Mr. Marshall and Blood Related Entertainment to release his upcoming project, Ministry Minded.

“I met Marlon (Mr. Marshall) in 2011 and we hit it off. Once he established BRE and my wife and I established FHpl, it only made sense to work together. I’m excited about the partnership and the possibilities.”

With top-notch production by legendary producer Tony Stone (Lecrae, Cross Movement and Da Truth), Black Knight (KB, Andy Mineo and Thi’sl), Marv4mobeats (Bizzle, Mouthpi3e and Viktory) and Geeda (Tedashi and Fedel) and features from DMV standouts Miss Trina, Dee Black, Kindle Flame and M.I.C. Rose, Ministry Minded is sure to please believers and non-believers alike.

In addition to being an artist, Mark is a Licensed Minister, Praise and Worship Leader, Event Host, Youth Leader and Speaker. He attends Cornerstone Peaceful Bible Baptist Church in Upper Marlboro, Maryland under the Pastoral leadership of Pastors Daniel and Sabrina Mangrum.
